Does anyone know how to make another set of door panels I have the old ones that I can trace but what can I use and what can I use to make them stay on the door?

There should have been clips holding them to the doors, re-use the clips you will just have to use a plunge router or something similar to make the slots for the clips on the panel.

I would measure thickness (probably 1/4"ish) and use fiber board and then you could just trace and cut your door handle holes and window crank holes and such and wrap them in the same stuff you did your dash!!

However depending on your cost for all materials and time to make NEW panels it might be cheaper to try to find and re-fabric used ones.

Of course if your not too concerned about removing again you could glue them back on and even use self tapping sheetmetal screws but then you'd see the head of the screws

On my door panels I did away with the stock clips @the rear & used auto screws . They can be found @ any Ace hardware & come in two colors,& different lengths.
The heads will be showing ,but you can barley see them!
As for material to use , I have used house door panel wood ,it is thin & very workable & light weight.

I'm using 1/8" hardboard to build mine. You can get it from Lowe's or Home Depot in 4x8 sheets or I know Home Depot sells it in 2x4 sheets as well. The 2x4 sheets help make it more manageable and you can maneuver around it pretty easily.I only have a few clips holding in on the door during the test fit but all the clips line up with the holes in the door.
