Anyone have any idea what seats would directly bolt into my 1973 Hi-Lux?

I found a better condition 1987 Toyota pick-up bench seat, but the seating brackets don't fit. I could modify it, but the driver's side is ripped up. Anyone have any ideas so I can spot those vehicles directly at the junkyard?

i got my bucket seats out a geo tracker had to cut one side to flush mount it but yah after i did that bolted right up....my buddies got corrala seats...and for sure celica seats work

 

Awesome. Gonna bring a tape to the yard so I can measure bolt hole length, but thanks for the info!

Now the only thing is I gotta find seats that weren't totally rained on/ripped to shreds

 

I can't say for sure what will/won't fit, but I have a 1971 RN1x and the seats are DEFINITELY from a later model. Aside from the fact it's a noticeably different seat, they're more of a factory-style 80's era trim.... which suggests that mounts are potentially the same/similar for a very long period of time.

As an update, I can confirm that the later seat in my hilux was not a bolt-in. I recently pulled the seat out and ther was some very dodgy welding under there!
