Any body have an extra cover for this test port/diagnostic box that they may have laying around. the little box next to the fuse box.

Please let me know, im having a heck of a time finding anything locally and no luck finding anything online.
Not exactly what to search for anyway. Maybe sum1 can find online...lol. Point me in the right direction.
