Dropped spindles ,Beltech are the best, just have to shop around for a good price! Arms arms upper & lower ,I went with CanDos,new shop name & owner but I think their still making them & they are very good quality!
I bought out Cando and changed the name to KBS Fabrication. We still sell the tube toyota arms give me a call 530-532-1557 and we can get you set up.
You bought out Steve? I just got a set of replacement bushings from you a few weeks ago for mine. Not even really sure I need them, buy you guys are spot on with your shipping. I got them quick. I also run the Cando (KBS Fab) Arms. Love them. Oh, and I want that stout.
Yeah I worked for Steve for a number of years and he wanted to move on so I bought the equipment and product line. We try to keep the ship time quick on our products. Everything is for sale for the right price....including the stout..
Whats with the web site ? hardly any pictures load ? also do you offer military discount ? I would like to order the toyota lower arms with shock kit
We are working on all the product pics. All of the pics steve left were very random. Everything from professional product pics all the way to pics on the pavement out behind the shop. So I have been working on getting good product pics with the same background. I do offer a military discount but not on the website. Give me a call at the shop and I'll get you taken care of.
VUALA!! I just googlin upper arms last night. Beginning stages of the next project!! Time for some bags!! @DTKStout all the products on the site look very well built, and the site was smooth as well! Oh and I REALLY WANT A STOUT!! Thats the one sh***y thing about bein on the east coast, it's really hard to find one!!
Fabtech makes lift kits and 99% of this site is looking for lowering and air bagging parts. On top of that Fabtech hasn't made parts for the 84-95 pickups in years.
Im just happy to see 2015 as the post date when searching Google for anything pre-tacoma! KBS- Glad to see the Toyota LOVE! Any thoughts on Prerunner arms for the same years? I would LOVE to go back to the OEM spindles and create my 3" front lift with control arms. The 3" lift spindles I have now kinda scare me because I do not know who made them!
Thats a bad ass little truck man, I like it! They look like modified fabtech spindles. Here is a pair I had for sale last year for reference. I don't get what the tube is on the back of yours for though. And it looks like someone welded on a steering arm off the side at one point. Those spindles are pretty damn strong. The issue people have with them is the steering arm ripping off. The fix is to drill out the bolt holes that hold the steering arm on to like a 9/16'' to use a bigger bolt and the problem should be no more. I would start looking for some old downey or fabtech upper arms on CL or something. I know a saw a pair for sale not too long ago somewhere but I cant find them now.
Thanks! It is fun when its runnig well! Still need to lean out the weber a little on the idle circuit. Lol The tubes used to go, triange style joining right over the tie rod end mount. They had that drilled to accept heims. The guy i bought it from cut these off to use regular stock ends again. I do believe it has 1/2 inch bolts holding the steering arms on. Plenty strong for mostly street use. I picked them up for 200 with streering gear links. All stock and worn, but the spindles are ok. Notice the different angle the caliper is in. Not sure why its kicked back, but this meant i had to get new brake lines. Longer and now -3 AN's. And no realistic way to remount the dust shield.
