clutch replacement!

    hello i think that my clutch went out on my 95 pickup. will not go into gear and i will be replacing it with a stage 3. i have never done this so besides the clutch kit, what else would i need to replace while i have the trans off. thanks!!!

    I'd pop the flywheel off, resurface it at a machine shop. Then put a new rear crankshaft oil seal in if it's leaking. Maybe a new tailshaft oil seal.

    I would change all of these seals even if they weren't leaking just because you have access and there is no point risking having to take everything apart again when they do start leaking. But do use quality parts, preferably OEM. Oh, and replace the front seals on the transmission as well.

    Make sure you check the master and slave cylinder first- might be a simple fix before taking out the trans.
