haha. nice term. and yes, it just takes fumes that leave the gas tank and trys to clean them for the air a little. sure is a big ugly thing though. theres quite a bit of mess that can be cleaned up.

heres a few quick ones of how clean these bays can get fairly easily.

the rust is only because i hammered my inners so much for clearance that all the paint cracked off. lol. i also shaved all the extra bolt holes/mounts on the valve cover. and took out my a/c stuff. i have a freshly rebuilt head and intake as well, and swapped to the smaller 81 style master/booster.

yes, along with both vsv's, the bsv, ac idle up, ps idle up, egr valve, egr modulator, and related vacuum lines. On my 4runner 22re I have a vacuum line from the charcoal canister to the throttle body, the brake booster, and the intake manifold to the fpr. That's it.....

yeah i spent alot of time on that valve cover. shaved off extra mounts and even that raised front area the sticker sits on. i will sell it when i do a new one in powder coat with a new color. and yes stock electric pump in tank. i could sell the brackets, pump, lines and engine room parts most the dash stuff youd have to figure since its part of my heater core and never took it all out. i removed enine room stuff to clean it up since it needed to be recharged
