My 87 4x4 get about 20 miles a gallon highway and city. It has the original carb and everything seems to work properly but I would like to know if anyone has changed to a different carb and improved milage and pep. I will be putting on a new exhaust soon but am unsure what to do about increasing intake. Let me know about what you've found out.

 

A weber 32/36 will get ya better gas and pep. A 38 will get ya more pep but get ya same mileage or less. I run a 32/36 and love it.
