Lowered in the back .lspv valve thinks its carrying a load that valve increases break pressure to the rear when a heavy load is applied lowering the truck raises the arm on the valve thus increasing break pressure u can bypass it or adjust the arm as much as possible to get it back how it was before lowered I adjusted mine then removed then put back on been cussing it for a while now

make sure the line/hose is not restricted n ur brakes is not dragging. its possible the brake fluid is not returning so there is some "positive" lightly pressing on the brakes. easy check is to spin tires off the ground n see if they are binding. -but i doubt this is the prob, most likely its the lvpv, my truck does the same thing.

If you delete the LSPV you get full pressure to the rear brakes. So how is that going to solve the problem?

Have you taken the rear drums off? even the wheels? a VERY common cause for grabby rear brakes is if an axle seal or brake cylinder leaks. Either fluid causes problems and it doesn't have to be dripping out to be a problem.
