did you bench bleed the m/c?

if there is no air in the system it should work. the booster doesn't matter, without it connected the pedal would just be harder to push.

    i'm excited for you josh!

as i said earlier the booster has no effect on the hydraulic system of the brakes. i can't figure out why it's such a hard concept for people to understand lol. it only assists to make the pedal easier to push.

Has to be air in line or a leak,(no fluid ) in master ,lines ,wheel cylinders!!!
Pedal pressure should be a little & a lot with all good!!!

    Kraze,
The booster isnt the problem... The booster only makes pushing the brakes easier and since your peddal goes to the floor its not the booster. I am not there but, you are certain there isnt a leak at any point, correct? The new M/C didn't change anything? And I am confused, you primed the M/C before installation? Start with the basic troubleshooting and go from there, this doesn't make sense to me... When you bleed the brakes, do you use the peddal and bleed at each S/C? If so, does it push fuid? I have had this sort of issue with an old celica years ago and it was air in one of the lines. I ended up using a hand vacumm pump system to bleed the brakes and it eventually pulled the air bubbles in the lines...

good luck and let us know what you find!

    cheers!
