    please do.thank you.

i have the windows out of my truck now and the holes covered in cardboard ,cause i'm painting it. as soon as im done painting i am going to take out the dash while the windows out,

i have been planing on grinding off the high spots of the dash and filling it with fiberglass filler then spraying the whole thing with aerosol duplicolor bed liner and interior paint. A dash cover would be better than doing all that mess,

The only way you are going to acchieve a nice clean dashboard is to do as you all ready said. Wrap it in glass and sand it smooth.

i fixed it came out good.cheap to.

i cut the ugly crap out and filled it in with fiber hair bondo and then smoothed it over with creamy plain bondo. then sprayed it with plastic primer, then spray can bed liner, then car interior spray paint, came out smooth and nice, you can tell where the repair was made, but it looks damn nice .so what its smooth and looks nice as hell and cost about 20 bucks maybe.
