air filter $$$ saver

    I used a 5 inch pipe cap from the plumbing store. I cut the nessary holes for the ATF/MAF to mount and let the air thru. On the inside I cut a round piece of thin sheet metal for support. The 5" cap fits very snug for this filter. Total cost $47 [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    Why would this be needed? I have my filter on the end of the maf amd no issues!
