So I've tried to search around the forums but most the posts that address this are really old with broken links to parts that don't exist anymore.

Does anyone know of recommended parts still being made for lowering my 81 2wd down about 4"?

Admittedly this is my first leaf-spring vehicle so I'm completely green as to how exactly I can lower my truck. Thanks!

 

Rear- 3" blocks+pull the middle leaf. Or 4" beefed taco blocks

Front- torsions. May have to swap front suspension to newer parts to run spindles and drop arms if torsions dont get you where you want to be

If I end up needing to swap the front, what is the simplest swap donor for spindles and drop arms to go on an 81?

One of the Supra spindles has been used as a cheap alternative to drop spindles, drops 1.5" if i remember correctly
