Ok so here is the bulk of what you will need.

7mgte engine with all accessories (alt, pwr stering pump... etc)
ECU and Wiring Harness (LHD reccomended)
    Tranny (W58 or R154)
    Igniter
    Motor Mounts (motor side)
The Drive Shaft will have to be shortened.
Electric Fans. (I fit 2 12" on mine)
Powerstering Pressure line (needs to be bent. Mine was to Rusty)
    Air Filter (I used Cone)
Turbo Piping lines for Intercooler and such
    Supra Throttle Cable
Rad Hoses (used supra lower, and any one that fit for uper)
Regulator (Plugs into one connector on wiring harness)
    Supra MAF sensor
    Universal battery tray
    Clutch slave cylinder
Starter (if it didnt come with one)

If there is anything i forgot i will post it up. I am working on a write up for this swap... just havent had lots of time to get it done.

when you swapped your truck did you have oil pan clearance?
i've also heard that the truck 5spd tranny will fit a 7mgte if you swap the bellhousing... i have still yet to do this swap because I am having trouble finding parts in good running quality at a decent price =(

Yea oil pan clearance was an issue. I bent my pitman and idler arms down to clear. I would suggest notching the pan. Doesnt have to be very much. I used a W58 tranny. Just for easy. No bellhousing swapping.

I was told when doing these swaps to use a Cressida oil pan.
