What b pillar trim piece? Are you talking about the cab vents on the outside?

You can buy replacement tailgate levers on eBay, same for the washer fluid (I got a universal bottle/pump for mine). The rest of your list will likely have to come off a donor vehicle except those rubber bumpers - if you find some let us know, mine are cracked and brittle as I'm sure most everyone else's are too.

 

I found and ordered new vents from Thailand on ebay. They have some minor flaws in the molding, but overall look good 10ft away they look fantastic. If anyone is interested I'll post a link.

 

I really need the choke thermostat, and want the ashtray. I’ve seen the Thailand parts guy on eBay but have read mixed reviews on quality. Anyone no the part# for the choke thermostat or where to get a new one?

 

Shifter handle would be awesome also as mine is electrical taped together.
