Hi! My hilux will get fire and fuel but won't start. I replaced the points plugs cap button coil and a new remain carb from holley and it still won't start. It just turns over. Any help or advice would be great thanks!

Is the timing where it needs to be?

I can't find anything telling were the timing marks are. I can see little pin on the block but not on the pulley

Points gapped correctly? A dwell/tach meter will help.
Are you sure your wires are in the correct firing order?
Find TDC for cylinder #1. Put your finger over the #1 sparkplug hole. Turn the engine over using the crank pulley bolt. When you start to feel pressure on your thumb your on the compression stroke. Place a plastic drink straw into the plug hole so it rests on top of #1 piston. Continue slowly turning the crank pulley until the straw stops moving upward. This will be TDC for #1 cylinder. Now check your pulley for a notch or index mark.
TDC should get you started. Also research "static timing". In the old days this was how it was done if you didn't have a timing light.

on mine the timing chains were junk , put #1 tdc , pull valve cover and see if pin on cam gear is at 12' oclock and if pointer on the crank pull is at the marks if off need new chains
