22R oil filter

    What's the best oil filter for a 22R ?And why? Do any have a check valve that holds the oil in when the engine is shut off?

    Factory Toyota! They do have a check valve, and really aren't any more money then a regular parts store filter (atleast at my local dealership) :waytogo:

    Wix 51515 has the check valve and holds a quart of oil itself.

    I've seen 22re oil filter articles where they cut it open and do testing --- they all praise the OEM Toyota filter.
