Stock cam in my 89 (engine will soon be in a 91 I just picked up with a blown engine). The 22RE in my 85 4Runner has lift of 0.444 int and exhaust IIRC. I got it from NWOR in 2009 when they were still around. I have a full length header, late model TB/upper plenum, 0.020 overbore, 2.25" exhaust. With 4.56 gears it's pretty stout on the trails. Since you're looking for a 2WD truck, you may want a different grind that shifts power to higher RPM range.
