Original finally gave out so I went to replace it with a 4 seasons blower motor (35493), which seems to big and I can not get the bolts to line up with to install. Anyone else have this issue? Multiple sites and autozone said it would fit, and I can’t find any other options.

Try going with an earlier/later year. See if the stock #'s are different.

Make sure there isn't a "ring" affixed to your heater box that makes the mount smaller. If your truck didn't originally have A/C it could have used the smaller fan within the same heater box. The "ring" could even be riveted to the box making it look permanent. Take your time and look closely, you don't want to break anything in there.
