13" wheel fitment question. (snow tires)

    Being that I'm in a snowy state and my truck is 2wd I'm currently looking for a set of snow tires. It seems that 13" tires are cheap and everywhere in good used condition. I know that the stock wheel size for our trucks was 14" but I'm curious if a 13 will fit over the brakes.

    Has anyone ever run a 13 before?
