And durning the move decided that I was just gonna swap cabs and body to ones that didn't need so much work won't let me upload those pics of new body but picked up new cab bed motor trans

Then started on the z only ended up needing 1/2 inch
    image.jpeg
image.jpeg Finished it all up but didn't get pic of it finished
    Then replaced the crossmember
    image.jpeg
Trans mount uses the factory bushing image.jpeg
After all that it was time to put the engine and drive line in and then was time for a rearend and I figured what I was gonna run but finding one was another issue searched for two weeks until I finally found one

And now to the back half fist time taking on such a big task but I figured the best way would be to mock everything up with wood and then transfer it all to my metal and go from there now at this point once I started using the metal everything is welded just enough to test it all I wanted to do a full body motor on trans in rear in and frame mockup before I welded everything in solid

    So the mock up begain
    image.jpeg
    image.jpeg
Was not perfect by any means but figured it would get what I needed to done
    image.jpeg
Once I was happy started building with the metal still wasn't sure if I was happy with the part after the axle or if I was gonna leave it alone
    image.jpeg
Finished the first new section up and kept on rocking it out

    New rails built and on
    image.jpeg
And now this is where I decided to change the back portion of the frame
    image.jpeg
Decided the fuel cell would fit and look better this way
So decided I was gonna run a watts link and a parelle setup
    image.jpeg
Used a factory watts link off a 04 pt cruiser turned out better then I thought
    image.jpeg
Still had to mount the bags decided to go with 2500 all the way around
    image.jpeg
Set it up to where a re7 would fit and also a 2600 bag incase I ever need a spare in an emergency
Now on to the tube work I was wanting to put on the rear also got the cab on to make sure I was going to clear everything and out of everything the only thing I had to do was move passenger shock half inch forward

For your safety and for the trucks sake.....you should be adding gussets across all of your butt welded joints.....keep it up its look in good!

Are you going to put a gusset under the top link so it doesnt bend with the bag on top of it?

So after I got the tanks and fuel cell in went back to working on tube work and rear bumper
    image.jpeg
Was gonna run the 22re so had planned on full exhaust out the rear but that all changed down the road
    image.jpeg
Went ahead and remounted shocks and started just adding till I was happy and had a little more structure to it
    image.jpeg
    image.jpeg
    image.jpeg
    image.jpeg
And here's the finished back half was finally happy with it

And now on to the hole part about changing the exhaust and 22re so now this ended up happening
    image.jpeg
So finally found a decent setup at a reasonable price so hopped on it
    image.jpeg
The new heart 84 diesel 2.2 Perkins runs damn good and strong so drove 1500 miles to get it time to get it in the truck

So tore the cab back off and tore the front suspension out to get the motor setup
image.jpeg Fit like a glove used the factor mounts on frame and the mounts that came on motor only a few issues fitting needed to notch oil pan for steering to clear but wouldn't need much

    Started on the oil pan
    image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg
Wasn't turning out to bad for being hand bent and a hammer using minimum tools
    image.jpeg
Done and cut down welded both inside and out then sealed the inside turned out pretty good got plenty of steering now should be good to get the rest going now
