Alright so the yota now has a sputtering problem when I give it gas real quick. It was running fine yesterday and the day before no issues at all just started this morning. Thinking the fuel pump could be the problem any other things I should check

 

So far it's only when I give it quick throttle no other times

 

Now it's running like crap no matter what. Think it might be a vacuum leak but not positive

 

Ya check vacuum leaks but is your truck EFI? Is the motor mostly stock or what kind of mods have you done? Im just asking because i had a similar issue that was very spotty, it was my thottle body! There was a small orifice hole that was blocked and left clogged and gunked up and if never cleaned it would have those same symptoms. If that doesnt help check all the common 22re stuff like the IAC and strecched chains from bad tnsioners, good luck!

 

Got it. Fuel pump must have been clogged. So changed fuel pump filter and new wires. She's good now

Ya it was horrible. First time I've ever had a problem with a fuel pump on a yota. But it was barely hanging on the holder for it so that's probably why it went out
