Hey fellas I'm new to the site and also new to these old Toyota's. I purchased a 1991 Toyota pick up short wheel bad short bed and the passenger fender, pumper and light along with grille will need to be replaced due to an accident by previous owner.. My brother has a 1991 Toyota pickup extended cab which is a parts truck and I'm wondering if the complete grille and everything else will fit right onto my truck or will I need the fenders or not.. my front clip looks different.. I will post pictures of both the parts truck my truck

Ok awesome! So on the fenders would I have to use both right and left fenders from the white extended cab or can I just use the passenger side and everything will still match up?

Fenders are all the same. Grille may or may not have different mouting tabs. Bumper brackets might be different but aince you have it all there shouldnt be a problem

Might want to think about swapping out the whole front clip...

I didn't notice when I bought my truck, but both front corners in the engine bay have damage that was pulled/banged out. Grill, hood, lights don't line up perfect and are "rigged" to look "ok". I'm always annoyed by vibration sounds and squeaks!

And my grill is mounted with zip ties, since none of the mounting holes line up, grr.
