I'm not too sure about 95s, but I know that with older models, the 4wd fenders are wider up front than the 2wd ones. It also seems that most aftermarket add on flares I have seen are made for applying to the 4wd fenders.
I did just see a guy with like prerunner fenders on a lowered mini and it was pretty aggressive looking.
Also, check out http://www.toyotafiberglass.com/ Again, I don't know about the 95s, and I think he has a wait list of a couple years, but he is on here (can't for the life of me remember his screen name)

and because I had nothing else to do but look at pictures of trucks I did a little research, and sure enough for the 95, 4wd fenders are flared more.

I'm BOOKED 2.2 years right now with PREPAID orders ...
it'll take a huge chunk of cash for me to drop what I'm doin' to make a "custom" 1 off piece . just sayin' !!

In my experience .. people don't want to pay the cost , or cant even imagine the cost , so I'll just say no so I don't hurt any feelings .

Looking a local fiberglass shop that makes custom works can be your best option.
