I was looking to order the full belltech lowering kit that comes with spindles, blocks, and shocks. But I also was looking at the rear leaf springs.

Will adding the leaf springs lower the truck in the rear more or is it redundant with the blocks already installed?

Also, does anyone have experience with the belltech shocks? I was thinking about getting the kit without them and installing the KYB monomax instead.

its not redundant, both the blocks and lowering leafs will give you a combined drop of about 3 inches for the leafs plus whatever size block you get.

Thanks for responding! The kit has 3 inch blocks and the leafs are 3 inch so from what you are saying it would be 6 inches lower?

You got it, keep in mind that if you lower these trucks about 5 inches or more, you need to consider notching the frame since the axle will be too close to the frame.

Not disagreeing with maxpower but i have 4" blocks and 3" lowering leafs with no notch....BUT i also have airshocks in rear so i can raise it up if its too low which when the airshocks are fully let out i do hit frame on axle on big bumps...with just lowering shocks i feel certain id have to notch

I will probably start with blocks and get my wheel set up going before I go too low and they don't fit.
